夏塞多金属硫化矿浮选回水试验

摘要
为节省水资源并合理利用回水中有效的药剂成分,以夏塞某多金属硫化矿为试验样品进行了回水浮选试验。回水分为浮铜铅回水和浮锌硫回水,回水分别进入相应的浮选流程中,不能混合使用,对于浮铜铅回水不需处理直接回用,而浮锌硫回水只需调节回水的p H值至中性即可回用,处理工艺简单。试验结果表明:采用铜铅优先浮选后精矿进行铜铅分离尾矿进行锌硫分离,可获得品位为18.54%,回收率为66.46%的铜精矿;品位为49.53%,回收率为91.91%的铅精矿;品位为40.32%,回收率为82.77%的锌精矿。银在铜、铅精矿中伴生回收,品位分别可达31000g/t和1940g/t,回收率分别为74.74%、19.41%。铜铅混合浮选流程可对铜、铅、银较好的综合回收,流程易于控制,生产便于管理。
To save water resources and make rational use of the effective composition in the backwater,the water return flotation test was carried out with a multi metal sulfide ore in Xiasai.The backwater which was divided into floating copper and lead backwater and floating zinc sulfur backwater went into the corresponding flotation process and could not be mixed to use.The return water for the flotation of copper and lead needn't be treated and was used directly but the flotation zinc sulfur backwater only need to adjust the p H value to the neutral and then can be reused.The research showed that we had got copper concentrate,lead concentrate and zinc concentrate whose grade are 18.54%,49.53% and 40.32%,whose recovery are 66.46%,91.91% and 82.77%.The silver is recovered associated with the copper concentrate and lead concentrate,whose grade are 31000g/t and 1940g/t,whose recovery are 74.74% and 19.41%.The bulk flotation of copper and lead is beneficial to recover copper,lead and silver,and the flowsheet is easy to control and manage in production.
