纯电动汽车电动机冷却系统开发

摘要
结合某纯电动汽车的研发,介绍了其电动机冷却系统的回路布置、零件选型、控制策略制定及冷却能力计算过程。着重对电动化附件的使用控制策略的制定进行了讨论,并根据试验问题对控制策略进行了优化,使其满足电动机冷却系统的散热要求。试验得到的目标循环流量及对电动化附件的控制策略为其他纯电动车型的开发提供了参考。
Based on the research of a certain electric vehicle,the design of motor cooling system was introduced,which contained the processes of cooling loop layout,component selection,control strategy formulation and cooling capacity calculation.The control strategy formulation used to control the electric accessories was emphasized on discussion.To satisfy the cooling requirements,the control strategy was optimized according to the test problem.The target loop flow obtained from test and control strategy provided the reference in developing other electric vehicles.
