内源激素在植物应答病原菌浸染中的调控及作用机制

摘要
植物激素不仅在植物生长和发育中有着重要作用,而且在植物抗病中发挥重要作用,研究内源植物激素在植物应答病原菌侵染中的调控及作用有助于抗病性育种工作的开展。主要介绍了生长素、赤霉素、脱落酸、乙烯、水杨酸和茉莉酸在植物应答病原菌侵染中如何进行一些相关基因的表达调控、在植物抗病性中的作用及各激素的相互作用。对关键激素在病原菌侵染过程中调控机制的深入探索为作物抗病育种提供有效的突破口。
Phytohormones are not only essential for plant growth and development,but also play important roles during the plant responses to multiple enviromental stresses.Studies the function and regulation mechanism of endogenous plant hormones during the response to pathogen infection will play contributions to crop breeding of disease resistance.This article mainly reviewed the function and the cross-talk of auxin,cytokinins(CTK),gibberellin(GA),abscisic acid(ABA),ethylene(ET),salicylic acid(SA) and jasmonic(JA)during the responses of plants to pathogen infection.It is clear that to study the molecular mechanism of key phytohormones during the response of plants to specific pathogen could provide a breakthrough for crop breeding of disease resistance.
