声表面波谐振型无线传感器匹配电路研究

摘要
声表面波谐振型(Surface acoustic wave resonator,SAWR)无线传感器在物联网等领域得到广泛关注,其匹配电路的优化与否直接影响器件的测量距离与精度。本文针对具有阻抗特性的实际天线,提出一种基于反射信号能量优化的SAWR无线传感器匹配电路优化设计方法。依据反射信号能量最大的原则,分析天线阻抗对反射信号的幅度和信号持续时间的影响,计算出反射信号能量与天线阻抗的关系函数,得到最优化的等效天线阻抗值,由此得出天线L型匹配网络的电抗元件值。实验结果显示了此方法的有效性,为匹配电路的设计提供了一种新思路。
Wireless surface acoustic wave resonator(SAWR) sensors are widely used in the field of Internet of things. The design of matching circuit is important for SAWR sensor, impacting the measuring distance and precision directly. A new design method of matching circuit for SAWR sensor is proposed. According to maximizing the received energy of interrogation unit, the influences of sensor antenna impedance on the amplitude and duration of received signal by an interrogation unit is analyzed. Then the function of received energy of an interrogation unit is calculated, from which the optimum sensor antenna impedance for the maximum of received energy is chosen. The impedance of the matching circuit is derived from the optimum sensor antenna impedance. Experimental results prove the effective of the method.
