摘要
针对冀南钢铁集团文丰西区1~#480m~3高炉炉底及炉缸侧壁水温差高的情况,在生产中配加钒钛矿,使其还原成Ti(NC)的沉积,以对炉底形成稳定保护层,降低铁水锰含量降低铁水流动性,减缓铁水对炉缸冲刷;同时堵风口降低冶强,鼓风动能提高,减少炉缸中的死料柱,有利于增加炉缸的透液性,减少炉缸的铁水环流,减少铁水对炉缸炉底的冲刷和侵蚀。
Aiming at the Jinan Iron and Steel Group Wenfeng West 1# 480m3 blast furnace hearth erosion status and hearth side side wall wall temperature difference water high,in production with adding schreyerite.It reduced to the deposition of Ti(NC),to on the bottom of the formation of a stable protective layer,reduce the flow of molten iron of,slow down the molten iron scouring of bottom;at the same time reducing smelting blocking of tuyere,improve blast kinetic energy,reduce the hearth of deadman,is beneficial to increase the hearth liquid permeability,reduce the hearth of circulation and underflow,reduce molten iron of hearth and bottom erosion and erosion.
