二次散射作用散射中心三维位置正向推算

摘要
针对部件级散射中心参数化正向建模方法中二次散射作用的三维位置参数做出详细的分析及正向推算。首先分析产生强散射中心的二次散射作用的条件,其次介绍满足此条件下的位置参数的确定原理及方法:基于等效光程差理论、入射射线方向和面片的几何位置确定出二次作用射线等效点所在的三个平面,进而求出二次散射作用散射中心三维位置参数。最后对非强散射中心二次散射作用做出扩展性分析。
This paper conducts detailed analysis and forward calculation of 3-D position of scattering center formed by secondary scattering in the component-level parametric scattering center models established in a forward approach. Firstly, the conditions of producing strong scattering center formed by secondary scattering are analyzed. Secondly, under this condition, the principle and method of determining position are introduced. Three planes that the secondary scattering equivalent point is in are determined according to the optical path difference equivalence principle, the direction of incident ray and the geometrical position of small facets. The 3-D position of scattering center formed by secondary scattering can be calculated by the three planes. Finally, the weak scattering center formed by secondary scattering are analyzed additionally.
