Au/M_xO_y/TiO_2(M=Ce、Ga)纳米管的制备及其CO氧化性能

摘要
掺杂质量分数为2%的MxOy(M=Ce、Ga)的TiO2纳米管载体通过溶胶—凝胶的方法合成,金通过沉积—湿浸渍的方法负载在载体上。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对产物形貌和结构进行了表征。这些催化剂均负载质量分数为载体的1.5%的金,300℃煅烧,在CO氧化反应中其T100%的范围为80--100℃。和Au/TiO2纳米管相比,Ce的掺杂抑制了CO氧化反应,而Ga的掺杂促进了CO氧化反应。
The TiO_2 nanotubes(NTs) doped M_xO_y(M=Ce、Ga、2 wt.%) supports were synthesized by sol-gol methed,based on which gold was loaded by the incipient-wetness impregnation.The morphologies and structures of the catalysts were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopic(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).In CO oxidation,The T_(100%)of these catalysts loaded with 1.5 wt.%Au and calcined at 300℃ were investigated to be compared with Au/TiO_2 NTs,showing a T_(100%) CO conversition between80 ℃ and 100℃.It had been observed that Cerium droping had the negative effect in comparison to Au/TiO_2NTs while Gallium droping had the positive effect.
