浸渍还原法制备金修饰的二氧化钛纳米管及其催化性能

摘要
TiO_2纳米管作为纳米TiO_2的一种存在形式,由于其特殊的管状结构、较大的比表面积和较高的吸附能力,是目前研究的热点之一。金修饰的二氧化钛纳米管在催化氧化CO上表现出很好的活性。由于金纳米粒子在二氧化钛纳米管负载率较低,本文以H_2AuC1_6为前驱体,TiO_2纳米管为载体,通过浸渍还原法制备了金修饰的二氧化钛纳米管,并做了其催化氧化CO的性质实验。采用TEM、SEM、XPS、ICP、XRD对催化剂进行了一系列的表征.实验结果表明:用浸渍还原法负载金的效率高于其他方法,当金的理论负载量为0.5%时,显示除了较高的催化活性。TEM电镜表明,二氧化钛纳米管负载金前后形貌几乎不发生变化。
TiO_2 nanotubes have attracted considerable attention because they possess excellent physical and chemical properties, such as low cost, nontoxicity, high photoactivity, high chemical stability, nanotubular morphologies and higher surface areas, and been widely used in many applications such as photoelectric materials, photocatalytic materials and catalyst support. Gold modified titanium dioxide nanotubes has a good activity in the catalytic oxidation of CO. The loadings of gold nanoparticles on the titanium dioxide nanotubes is low, so the impregnation-chemical reduction of the gold prepared by modified titanium dioxide nanotubes was proceeded, and made the experimental nature of the catalytic oxidation of CO. TEM, SEM, XPS, ICP, XRD characterization of the catalysts was used. The experimental results show that the efficiency of impregnation reduction process load gold higher than that of other methods, when the theory of gold load was 0.5%, in addition to the high catalytic activity.
