微量无机盐与不同高效减水剂复合使用对混凝土性能的影响

摘要
采用粉煤灰掺量为25%的C35混凝土,研究了各种微量无机盐(掺量为胶凝材料用量的0.01%~0.05%)与聚羧酸减水剂型泵送剂(P型)及萘系减水剂型泵送剂(N型)复合使用对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:对于不掺泵送剂的低坍落度塑性混凝土,添加微量无机盐对其流动性和强度基本上没有影响;对掺泵送剂的大坍落度流动性混凝土,添加微量无机盐对其流动性及经时损失的影响因无机盐和减水剂的种类不同而不同,总的来说影响较小,但对强度影响的差异性很大:对两类泵送剂配制的混凝土,添加微量氯化钙、硝酸钠均无增强作用,添加微量碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠均稍有增强作用;添加微量硅酸钠、硫酸钠对P型泵送剂配制的混凝土具有明显的增强作用,但对N型泵送剂配制的混凝土无增强作用。
The influences of various kinds of micro inorganic salt(the amount of cementitious material added is 0.01%to 0.05%),the polycarboxylate superplasticizer type pumping agent(Ptype) and the naphthalene series water reducer type pumping agent(Ntype) on the performance of concrete is studied by using the C35 concrete with fly ash content at 25%.The test results show that;for the low slump plastic concrete that is not blent with pumping agent,adding micro inorganic salt does not actually affect the fluidity and strength;for the high slump flowing concrete that is blent with pumping agent,the impacts on the fluidity and the loss of time of adding micro inorganic salt are different due to different inorganic salt and reducing agent used,but overall,the effect is slight.However,the influences on the intensity are distinct;for two types of concrete formulated by pumping agent,the addition of micro calcium chloride and sodium nitrate does not enhance the intensity,while the addition of small amounts of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate slightly enhances the intensity;and the addition of micro sodium silicate and sodium sulfate has obvious enhancing effect on the P type pumping agent for concrete,but no effect on the concrete that is prepared by the N type pumping agent.
