大埋深污水盾构隧道双层衬砌结构分析

文章以某深埋污水盾构隧道为背景,针对其埋深大、内水压高的特点,采用梁—弹簧模型对其衬砌结构进行了数值分析,研究了叠合式双层衬砌结构受到内水压作用时,不同分块方式、衬砌厚度以及内压大小对结构受力的影响,并对二衬的施作时机进行探讨。结果表明:在内水压力作用下,管片衬砌承受压力,二衬承受拉力,"5等分分块方案"使结构的受力更为均匀且产生的拉力较小;管片衬砌内力受二衬厚度的影响较小,二衬内力受管片厚度的影响较大;内压的变化对结构弯矩影响较小,对结构轴力影响较大;二衬施作越晚,内水压对管片衬砌的影响越小,对二衬的影响越大。
This article is based on a deeply buried sewer shield tunnel which is under high internal water pressure.Through the beam-spring model,stress of the segmental lining and second lining are carried out under different blocked mode and the lining thickness in high internal water pressure.Meanwhile,reasonable construction occasion of the second lining is also discussed.The results show that segmental lining is under pressure and second lining is under tension in the action of internal water pressure.Five-equal partition blocked mode could improve distribution of structure stress and reduce the tension.The structure stress of segmental lining is less influenced by the thickness of second lining.However,the structure stress of second lining is deeply influenced by the thickness of the segmental lining.The change of internal water pressure has less influenced on the bending moment of the structure,while it influences the axial force obviously.The later second lining is constructed,the less that the segmental lining is influenced by the internal water pressure,and the more seriously that second lining is influenced by the internal water pressure.
