摘要
分析了乘用车用聚氨酯软泡气味产生的原因,从生产原料上分析聚醚多元醇、多异氰酸酯化合物以及助剂对乘用车用聚氨酯软泡气味的影响。根据分析结果对其原料做出合理搭配和改进,选择低VOC低气味的聚醚多元醇、低挥发的异氰酸酯以及环保型表面活性剂、催化剂、脱模剂等,从而得到低VOC、低气味的乘用车用聚氨酯软泡。
The cause of the smell of flexible polyurethane foam used for passenger car was analyzed.Influences of raw material such as polyether polyols,polyisocyanate compounds and auxiliaries on the odor of the foam were investigated.According to the analysis results,the reasonable collocation and improvement of raw materials were made,such as choosing of low VOC and low odor of polyether polyols,low volatile isocyanate,environment-friendly surfactant,catalyst,release agent,etc.The low VOC,low smell flexible foam used for passenger car was gotten.
