摘要

目的:评估分泌性中耳炎行低温等离子鼓膜打孔技术治疗的效果。方法:对我院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的80例分泌性中耳炎患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:A组患者治疗的总有效率90.0%(36/40)显著高于B组70.0%(28/40)(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率7.5%(3/40)显著低于B组32.5%(13/40)(P<0.05)。结论:分泌性中耳炎行低温等离子鼓膜打孔技术治疗的效果较腺样体刮除联合鼓膜穿刺术治疗好。
Objective:to evaluate the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma tympanic membrane perforation technique in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with secretory otitis media in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were statistically analyzed.Results:The total treatment efficiency of the group A 90.0%(36/40) was significantly higher than the group B 70.0%(28/40)(P <0.05),the postoperative complications rate 7.5%(3/40) was significantly lower than the group B 32.5%(13/40)(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma tympanic membrane perforation technique in the treatment of secretory otitis media is better than adenoidectomy combined with auripuncture treatment.
