基于模型的发动机预标定虚拟环境研究

摘要
伴随计算机与数字技术的不断发展,虚拟仿真技术被广泛应用在汽车产品开发中,其应用优势集中体现在降低开发成本和缩短开发周期方面。系统工程科学为所有的机电一体化产品开发提供了方法论,多学科领域复杂系统模型化与控制系统虚拟仿真贯穿整个产品早期开发阶段,预标定技术则是两者结合的重要应用。本文围绕发动机虚拟仿真环境的搭建,探索发动机基于HIL系统的预标定技术,通过半物理模型开发、软硬件环境集成、虚拟环境验证以及发动机预标系统建立等方面所展开的研究,完成面向发动机预标定的虚拟环境开发。
With the development of computer and digital technology,virtual simulation technology will be widely used in automotive products development.The advantages are embodied in shortening the development cost and period.The science of system engineering provides a methodology for all development of mechatronic products.Multidisciplinary fields of complex system modeling and the virtual simulation of control system are applied in the early stage of products development.Pre- calibration technique is an important application of the combination of these two aspects.This paper focuses on building the virtual environment of engine,exploring the pre- calibration technology of engine based on HIL system.Researching on the following fields,such as the development of semi-physical model,integration of hardware and software environment,verification of the virtual environment,as well as the building of the engine pre-calibration system.Completing the development of virtual environment for the engine pre- calibration.
