摘要
目的:分析剖腹产手术产妇发生寒颤的原因,探讨有效的护理措施。方法:选取本院2014年2月至2014年我院接诊的300例剖腹产产妇,将其随机的分为对照组与观察组,每组产妇150例。对产妇发生寒颤的原因进行分析。并对其采取不同的护理措施。对照组产妇行常规护理,观察组护理措施包括术前护理、术中保暖、术后控制温度等。结果:观察组产妇寒颤的发生率为9.3%,对照组发生率为18%,对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组产妇发生寒颤的程度明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;80例发生寒颤的产妇通过有效的护理后情况得到了有效的控制,未发生产妇或胎儿死亡的不良事件。结论:心理因素、手术前后的温度等是导致剖腹产产妇发生寒颤的主要原因,通过采取有效的护理措施进行干预可以有效的降低产妇发生寒颤的情况与程度,提高手术的安全性。
Objective:to analyze the cause of caesarean section maternal happen chills,explore the effective nursing measures.Selection methods:our hospital in February 2014 to our hospital in 2014 alone,300 cases of cesarean section maternal,randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 150 cases of maternal.This paper analyzes the causes of in maternal chills.And the different nursing measures.Control group maternal line routine nursing,the observation group nursing measures including preoperative nursing,intraoperative warm,postoperative control temperature,etc.Results:the incidence of maternal chills observing group was 9.3%,the incidence of the control group was 18%,compared to significant difference(P < 0.05),statistically significant:Maternal happen chills the extent of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group,significant difference(P < 0.05),statistically significant:80 women of chills through effective nursing after the situation has been effectively controlled,no maternal or fetal death in adverse events.Conclusion:psychological factors,such as the temperature of the before and after surgery is the main reason,cause a caesarean section maternal chills through the take effective nursing intervention can effectively reduce maternal and chills the occurring degree,improve the security of operation.
