急性有机磷中毒患者急诊及时处理的临床意义

摘要
目的:探讨急性有机磷中毒患者急诊及时处理的临床意义。方法:对2015年1月至2016年1月期间我院急诊科就诊的46例急性有机磷中毒患者进行研究,并对46例患者的急救急诊处理情况及临床意义进行总结,探讨急诊及时处理在急性有机磷中毒抢救中的临床意义。结果:46例患者中,1例因呼吸衰竭而死亡,1例患者因"反跳"死亡,1例因气管插管后肺部感染死亡,余43例患者通过急诊救治均在0.5~2 h内达到阿托品化,经过急诊及时处理均治愈出院,治愈率为93.48%。给统计数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过及时的急救与处理可以提高有机磷中毒患者治愈率,降低死亡率及并发症发生率,提高抢救的成功率,缩短治疗时间,有利于提高有机磷中毒患者生活质量,可于临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of emergency treatment in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning. Methods: in January 2015 to 2016 during the monthof January in our hospital emergency department visits of 46 cases of acute organic phosphorus poisoning patients were studied, and in 46 cases of patients with emergency treatment and its clinicalsignificance were summarized, to timely treatment in the patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning rescue in the clinical significance of emergency. Results: 46 patients, 1 patient died ofrespiratory failure, 1 patient because of anti jump ‘death, 1 case for tracheal intubation after died of pulmonary infection, more than 43 patients by emergency treatment were in 0.5 ~ 2 hours reachatropinization, after emergency timely processing were cured and discharged from the hospital cure rate was 93.48%. Statistical difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: through theemergency and timely treatment can improve the organophosphorus poisoning patients cure rate, decrease the incidence of complication and mortality rate, and improve the success rate of rescue andshorten the time of treatment, is conducive to the improvement of organic phosphorus poisoning patients quality of life, in clinical application.
