摘要
目的:本文就中西结合治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效进行分析及探讨。方法:选择我院在2014年6月-2016年6月期间收治的100例反流性咽喉炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组50例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,实验组在常规西药基础上使用中药威灵仙方剂治疗。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率比对照组高,实验组RSI、RFS评分的改善程度明显优于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:对反流性咽喉炎患者采用中西医结合疗法具有理想效果,可有效改善患者的症状,促进病情康复,值得推广。
Objective:in this paper,the combination of Chinese and western treatment of reflux laryngitis disease clinical effect is analyzed and discussed.Methods:our hospital in June 2015-May 2016 treated 100 patients with reflux sex strep throat,according to random number table method is divided into the experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.Reference group with conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine radix clematidis prescription treatment.Results:the total effective rate in patients with higher comparison,the experimental group RSI,RFS score improved significantly better than the control group,P < 0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in patients with reflux sex strep throat has ideal effect,can effectively improve the patients with reflux symptoms,promoting disease rehabilitation,is worth promoting.
