摘要
对新钢生产的冷轧无取向电工钢孔洞缺陷进行了分析,并对典型的孔洞缺陷进行了金相与扫描电镜分析。本文根据孔洞缺陷分析研究的结果提出了相应的工艺控制措施,降低了孔洞的发生率。
The hole defects of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel were investigated systematically,while the typical hole defects were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and SEM.The countermeasures were put forward accroding to the analysis results,and then the occurrence ratio of hole defects was decreased.
