摘要

慢性唇炎因脾胃虚弱,湿热内生,复受风邪外袭,热毒挟风上攻所致。傅杰英教授认为调理脾胃为治疗唇风之根本。辨证取穴除取水沟、地仓、承浆等穴以调理通畅唇周经络外,同时注重整体脏气的调节,可先点刺井穴、荥穴、四缝穴等以祛浮游之火,化浊去毒;再结合背俞穴、胁肋部刮痧、放血以祛实邪,而后以调理脾胃为重点,采用胃三针(内关、中脘、足三里)结合章门、太白、脾俞以补中益气,健脾和胃;取中脘、丰隆、内关以祛湿化痰,化瘀消脂。
        Chronic cheilitis is caused by spleen and stomach deficiency resulting into endogenous damp and heat,and then by upward disturbance of heat toxicity blended wind due to the attack of exterior wind.Professor FU JieYing suggested that the principle therapy for chronic cheilitis is regulating spleen and stomach.Besides adopting local points such as Shuigou(DU26),Dicang(ST4),and Chengjiang(CV24)for regulating the collaterals around the lip,Professor FU stressed that point selection should be based on the regulation of Zang-fu Qi flow.Pricking Jing-points,Ying-points,and Sifeng points is firstly used for removing floating fire,turbidity and toxicity,scraping to congestion and blood-letting methods were secondly used on back Shu-points and hypochondriac region for dispelling excess pathogen,and finally acupuncture on stomach tri-points[Neiguan(PC6),Zhongwan(CV12),Zusanli(ST36)],Zhangmen(LR13),Taibai(SP3),Pishu(BL20)]was adopted for strengthening middle energizer to nourish Qi,strengthening spleen and harmonizing stomach,and acupuncture on Zhongwan(CV12),Fenglong(ST40),Neiguan(PC6)was used for dispelling damp,resolving phlegm,removing bloodstasis and resolving lipid.
