维和官兵心理应激、应付方式与心理弹性的关系

摘要
目的:对第二十批驻刚果(金)维和工兵分队官兵的心理弹性与心理应激、应付方式的关系研究。方法:采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、团体用心理社会应激调查表(PSSG)和应付方式问卷对77名维和工兵分队官兵展开调查。结果:①维和工兵分队官兵心理弹性状况较好,心理弹性总分为(75.69±12.07)分;②高、低心理弹性组的维和官兵在积极情绪(t=-2.340,P<0.05)、积极应对(t=-3.243,P<0.01)、消极应对(t=3.204,P<0.01)、应激总分(t=2.572,P<0.05)、解决问题(t=-4.138,P<0.01)、成熟型应对方式(t=-2.935,P<0.01)上存在显著差异;③积极应对、成熟型应付方式与心理弹性总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),生活事件、消极应对和应激量表总分与心理弹性总分呈显著负相关;④回归分析显示,解决问题、消极应对和积极情绪对心理弹性总分的变异解释率为41.3%。结论:维和官兵的心理弹性处于较高水平,解决问题、积极情绪体验可以正向预测心理弹性水平;消极应对可负向预测心理弹性水平。
Objective:To explore the relationship of resilience,psychological stress and coping styles of the 20 th peacekeeping engineers in the Republic of Congo.Methods:Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Psychosocial Stress Survey for Groups(PSSG)and Coping style Questionnaire were used to survey 77 peacekeepers.Results:The peacekeepers had good resilience.The CD scores were(75.69±12.07).There were significant difference between higher and lower resilience in scores of positive emotion(t=-2.340,P<0.05),positive coping(t=-3.243,P<0.01),negative coping(t=3.204,P<0.01),PSSG total score(t=2.572,P<0.05),problem-solving(t=-4.138,P<0.01)and mature coping style(t=-2.935,P<0.01).Positive coping and mature coping style had positively correlated with the CD scores(r=0.383,0.400;P<0.01).Life events,negative coping and PSSG total score had negatively correlated with the CD scores(r=-0.246,-0.412,-0.408;P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that problem-solving,negative coping and positive emotion variation explained 41.3% of the CD scores.Conclusion:Peacekeepers have good resilience.Problem-solving and positive emotion are positively significant predictors of resilience.Negative coping is a negatively significant predictor of resilience.
