摘要
循环流化床锅炉的旋风分离器是电站重要部件,本文以某电站循环流化床锅炉的旋风分离器中心筒焊缝运行中开裂,并在修复焊缝过程中焊缝数次断裂现象为例,通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相分析、断口分析等技术手段进行失效分析。结果表明:母材内外壁边缘有较多缩孔及微裂纹,焊缝工艺控制不当,组织老化严重为失效主要原因。最后讨论了此类构件焊接时的焊接工艺,为现场操作提供参考价值。
        The central cylinder of the cyclone separator is an important part in circulating fluidized bed boiler. Taking the weld cracking of the cyclone separator central cylinder in operation and several times of cracking during the repair in a power station as an example, this paper makes a failure analysis through technologies of macro inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and fracture analysis. According to the results, a great many contraction cavities and tiny cracks on the edge of both inside and outside walls of the base metal, the improper welding process control and the seriously aging organization are the main reasons for the failure. Finally, the welding process of such components is discussed, which is of reference value for field operation.
