摘要
目的:观察通督醒神针法对血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠的行为学改变。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为模型组、空白组、药物组及针刺1、3、7、14d组,针刺组给予通督醒神针刺法,采用大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎法制备VD模型大鼠。用Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠学习记忆能力。结果:模型组大鼠潜伏期缩短,穿越次数增多,与空白组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);各针刺组及药物组VD大鼠潜伏期延长,穿越次数减少,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刺14d组大鼠潜伏期显著延长,穿越次数明显减少,与药物组及针刺1、3、7d组比较,疗效更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:通督醒神针法能明显改善VD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective: To observe the behavioral changes of Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture on vascular dementia(VD)model rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into model group, blank group, drug group, acupuncture 1-day group,acupuncture 3-day group, acupuncture 7-day group, acupuncture 14-day group. Acupuncture groups were given Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture. VD rat model was prepared by bilateral common carotid artery ligation in rats. Morris water maze test was used to detect the learning and memory ability of rats. Results: In model rats, there was shorter incubation period, and the number of crossings was less, compared to blank group, the difference was statistically singnificant(P<0.05). In acupuncture group and drug group, the latency was significantly prolonged, and the number of crossings was decreased, compared with model group, the difference was statistically singnificant(P<0.05). The latency of rats in the acupuncture 14-day group was significantly prolonged,and the number of crossings decreased significantly, compared with drug group and acupuncture 1-, 3-, 7-day group, the difference was statistically singnificant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture can improve the learning and memory ability in VD rats.
