摘要
随着科学技术的进步以及城市化的快速发展,智慧城市建设日益成为城市发展的主题,从而智慧城市评价也成为众多学者和相关研究机构研究的对象.从公众视角出发,立足城市发展的动态性特点,运用成熟度对智慧城市建设进行评价.通过分析公众需求特征和现有智慧城市评价的指标体系,构建出成熟度评价模型,最后以北京为例进行实证分析,从而提出加快北京市智慧城市建设的建议.
        With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of urbanization, urban diseases are becoming more and more serious. The construction of smart cities has increasingly become the theme of urban development,and therefore the evaluation of smart cities has become the subject by many scholars and related institutions. From the perspective of the public, the maturity is used to evaluate the construction of smart cities based on the dynamic characteristics of urban development. After the establishment of the index evaluation system from a public perspective, the dynamic evaluation of smart city construction with maturity is proposed in the paper. By analyzing the characteristics of public demand and the index system of existing smart city evaluation, a maturity evaluation model is established to carry out fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and taking Beijing as an example some suggestions to speed up the construction of Beijing are put forward.
