摘要
旨在挖掘与维生素B_6(VB_6)相关的SSR标记位点,为水稻高VB_6的分子育种奠定基础。以来源于不同国家和地区的314份水稻品种为材料,对糙米的VB_6进行连续2a的测定,品种VB_6变幅为39.70~138.48μg/g。通过TASSEL3.0软件的GLM和MLM模型对VB_6表型数据与154个SSR标记位点进行关联分析,共检测出13个与VB_6相关联的位点,其中,RM254、RM309和RM540在2a的2种模型中均被检测出,是水稻VB_6的重要SSR位点。同时进一步挖掘出8个优异等位变异及相应的载体材料,发现‘辽星6’‘越实’‘花脸’等有较高VB_6,且至少含有2个以上优异等位变异。
        This study is designed to excavate the SSR markers associated with vitamin B_6(VB_6),and provide a foundation for molecular breeding of high VB_6 in rice.314 rice varieties from different countries and regions were selected as materials,and VB_6 mass fraction in brown rice were determined in two consecutive years.The results showed that the VB_6 mass fraction in the varieties ranged from39.70μg/g to 138.48μg/g.A total of 13 sites were detected through association mapping of 154 SSR markers with VB_6 mass fraction in GLM and MLM models of TASSEL3.0.Among them,RM254,RM309,and RM540 were detected in two years' data with two models.Eight excellent alleles and corresponding carrier materials were further identified.Excellent varieties with higher VB_6 mass fraction,such as‘Liaoxing 6',‘Yueshi',‘Hualian',etc.,contain 2more excellent alleles.
