摘要
目的探究重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)治疗前后肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化及临床意义。方法选取2018年3月—2018年10月在我院就诊的30例化疗或放疗后的恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。患者放化疗后出现白细胞降低时使用rhGM-CSF治疗,采用流式细胞术检测治疗前后患者外周血中淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化。结果患者治疗后外周血淋巴细胞亚群中CD3~+CD4~+细胞百分率较治疗前明显升高(t=2.826,P<0.05),CD3~+CD8~+细胞百分率明显下降(t=2.932,P<0.05),CD4/CD8比值明显升高(t=3.509,P<0.05)。结论 rhGM-CSF能够增强肿瘤患者机体的免疫应答,提高患者的免疫功能,抑制肿瘤的发生与发展。
        Objective To investigate the changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant tumors after treatment with recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF). Methods Thirty patients with malignant tumors treated by chemotherapy or radiotherapy in our hospital from March to October,2018 were selected as study subjects.rhGM-CSF was used to treat patients with decreased leukocyte levels after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Flow cytometry was used to determine the changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets after treatment. Results After rhGM-CSF treatment,the percentage of CD3~+CD4~+T cells in peripheral blood was significantly increased(t=2.826,P<0.05),the percentage of CD3~+CD8~+T cells was significantly decreased(t=2.932,P<0.05),and the CD4/CD8 ratio was significantly increased(t=3.509,P<0.05). Conclusion rhGM-CSF can strengthen the immune response of tumor patients,improve their immune function,and inhibit the development and progression of tumors.
