基于SIEMENS SINAMICS S120的驱动器试验装置研究与应用

摘要
近年来,以SIEMENS SINAMICS S120(以下简称"S120")驱动系统为核心的海洋电驱动修井机正在快速发展,为更好开展海洋电驱动修井机S120驱动系统的全生命周期维护工作,保障海上油田稳定生产,S120驱动系统的技术研究和技术人才培养已迫在眉睫。研制出一套S120驱动器试验装置,该装置采用模块化集成设计,将书本型S120变频器、工业平板电脑、变频电机等集成设计安装在试验台内,模拟海上电驱动修井机S120驱动系统,在人员技术培训和S120驱动系统技术研究方面提供了很大的帮助。
In recent years,the marine electric drive workover rig with SIEMENS SINAMICS S120(hereinafter referred to as S120)driver system is rapidly developing,In order to better carry out the life-cycle maintenance work of the marine electric drive workover rig S120 driver system and ensure the stable production of offshore oilfields,it is imminent to carry out the S120 driver system technology research and technical personnel training.A set of S120 driver test device was developed. The device adopts the modular integration design,which integrates the books type S120 inverter,industrial integration such as tablets,frequency conversion motor into the test bench to simulate the marine electric drive S120 workover machine drive system.It provides great help to personnel technical training and S120 driver system technology research.
