摘要
研究碳纤维含量对沥青混凝土导电特性和升温性能的影响,通过碳纤维导电沥青混凝土电阻率变化可知,最佳碳纤维体积含量为0.4%~0.6%;高温环境较低温环境升温效果明显,高功率较低功率升温效果明显;满足融雪化冰和成本要求的功率为500~900 W/m~2;低温环境升温过程中,导电沥青混凝土电阻随温度升高逐渐增大,升至0℃左右时,电阻达到极大值,之后电阻随温度升高减小。
The effect of carbon fiber content on the conductivity and heating properties of asphalt concrete is studied. Through the change rule of the resistivity,get the best carbon fiber content is 0.4%~0.6%. In the different ambient temperature and power,high temperature environment and the high power heating effect are obvious. Power that could satisfy the requirement of melting ice and cost is 500~900 W/m~2. In low temperature heating process,conductive asphalt concrete resistance increases with increasing temperature. When the temperature rises to about 0 ℃,resistance reaches the maximum value,after which the resistance decreases with increasing temperature.
