摘要
Profibus-DP和CAN总线作为最流行的两种现场总线,应用越来越广泛。针对不同总线接口的设备无法通信的问题,提出了基于F28335的Profibus-DP从站与CAN通信接口设计。采用专用通信处理芯片VPC3+S与F28335并行通信的方式实现了Profibus-DP从站接口设计,采用隔离收发模块与eCAN模块实现了CAN通信接口设计。通过硬件组态进行了接口通信对比试验,试验结果表明,基于F28335的Profibus-DP从站与CAN通信接口能够实现系统之间的可靠通信,而且具有实现简单、方便接入的特点。
As the most popular two kinds of field bus,Profibus-DP and CAN_BUS are more and more widely used. According to the problem that the equipment of different bus interface cannot communicate with each other,the Profibus-DP slave station interface and CAN interface based on F28335 are designed. The design of Profibus-DP slave station interface is realized by means of parallel communication between VPC3 + S and F28335,and the design of CAN communication interface is realized by using isolated transceiver module and eCAN module. Testing the communication interfaces by hardware configuration,the results show that the Profibus-DP slave station interface and the CAN communication interface based on F28335 can realize the reliable communication between systems,and have the characteristics of simple implementation and convenient access.
