摘要
目的探讨生物陶瓷iroot bp PLUS在局限性急性牙髓炎行活髓保存术患者中的应用效果。方法选择牙髓炎患者110例患牙192颗。按照简单随机法将其分成观察组及对照组各96颗。对照组使用氢氧化钙糊剂,观察组采取生物陶瓷iroot bp PLUS进行冠髓切断。观察比较2组疗效、患牙修复情况及满意情况。结果观察组第1天、第7天时临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),2组3个月时临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组复诊疼痛等级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组牙龈状况、继发龋和牙体折裂均优于对照组(P<0.05),2组边缘染色、边缘完整性、修复体折裂差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物陶瓷iroot bp PLUS在局限性急性牙髓炎行活髓保存术患者中的填充效果更优,牙体缺损可取得满意的修复效果,疼痛恢复更优,值得临床推广。
        Objective To investigate the application effect of bioceramic iroot bp PLUS on patients with localized acute pulpitis undergoing vital pulp preservation.Methods A total of 192 offending teeth of 110 patients with pulpitis were selected.According to the simple random method,they were divided into observation group and control group,96 in each group.The control group was coated with calcium hydroxide paste,and the observation group was treated with bioceramic iroot bp PLUS for coronary resection.The efficacy,the restoration of the affected tooth and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group on the first day and the seventh day(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups at 3 months(P>0.05).The pain level of further consultation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gingival condition,secondary caries and tooth fracture in the observation group were better than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in edge staining,marginal integrity and prosthesis fracture between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The bioceramic iroot bp PLUS has better filling effect in patients with localized acute pulpitis who undergoing pulp preservation,and the tooth defect can achieve satisfactory repair effect and the pain recovery is better,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
