摘要

通过对我校人力资源管理专业发展的深入分析,结合OBE理念,总结我校人力资源管理专业的发展现状,在原有培养方案的基础上修订与完善,提出具有航空类高校专业特色的人才培养方向,拟形成2019版人力资源管理专业OBE人才培养方案。
        Through the in-depth analysis of the development of human resource management major of our college, combined with OBE's concept, the article summed up the development status of human resources management. On the basis of the original plan revision and consummation, we put forward talent training direction with characteristic of aviation universities. It is designed to form 2019 OBE's human resource management professional talent training scheme.
