摘要
焊接属于较为危险并且难度很高的工作,对相关工作人员的技术以及专业水平都提出了较高要求,导致工作人员的工作难度升高。而在信息技术以及社会经济快速发展的背景下,焊接工业产品的数量逐渐增多,工作量也有所增加,这与目前的实际状况出现了矛盾现象,这也加快了焊接机器人的智能化以及自动化发展,只有形成相关焊接机器人的智能化进步体系,才能有效的增强焊接生产水平。但是,目前在焊接机器人智能化发展过程中,受到诸多因素的影响,还存在很多问题,需要采用最佳的措施解决问题,以此提升整体工作水平。
        Welding is a dangerous and difficult task,which puts high demands on the technical and professional level of the relevant staff,which makes the work of the staff more difficult. In the context of rapid development of information technology and social economy,the number of welding industrial products has gradually increased and the workload has increased.This has contradicted the current actual situation,which has accelerated the intelligence and automation of welding robots.Only by forming an intelligent and progressive system of related welding robots can the welding production level be effectively enhanced.However,at present,in the intelligent development process of welding robots,due to many factors,there are still many problems,and it is necessary to adopt the best measures to solve the problems,so as to improve the overall working level.
