摘要
文章基于迈克尔·波特的五力竞争模型,从新进入者威胁、替代品威胁、供方议价能力、买方议价能力以及行业内部竞争5个要素,分析了公共图书馆开展MOOCs服务的竞争环境;通过比较分析了公共图书馆开展MOOCs服务的优势,并根据迈克尔·波特竞争战略的核心思想,提出了公共图书馆开展MOOCs服务的3大战略:成本领先战略、差异化战略、专一化战略,以便公共图书馆在MOOCs运动中充分发挥自身优势,增强其核心竞争力。
Based on MichaelPorter's Five Forces Competition Model, this paper analyzes the competition environment under which public libraries provide MOOCs services from five elements, namely threat ofnew entrants, threat ofsubstitutes, bargaining power ofcustomers, bargaining power ofsuppliers and industry rivalry. It expounds on the comparative advantages ofpublic libraries to provide such services, and learning from core ideas ofthe competition strategies, proposes three strategies for public libraries to adopt when conducting MOOCs services: cost leadership, differentiation and specialization. Hopefully public libraries willgive a fullplay to their own advantages and enhance their core competence.
