盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪用于产后盆底功能恢复作用的分析

摘要
目的探究盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪在恢复产妇产后盆底功能方面的重要作用。方法 200例经阴道分娩产妇,随机分为普通组和电刺激组,每组100例。普通组产妇只采取产后盆底肌肉锻炼,不进行盆底神经肌肉刺激干预;电刺激组产妇采取产后盆底肌肉锻炼+盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪。比较两组产妇的尿失禁及盆腔痛缓解情况、阴道松弛恢复情况。结果电刺激组产妇的尿失禁发生率3.00%明显低于普通组的20.00%,盆腔痛缓解率91.00%明显高于普通组的65.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组产妇的Oxford骨盆底肌力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组产妇的Oxford骨盆底肌力评分均明显高于治疗前,且电刺激组产妇的Oxford骨盆底肌力评分(3.67±1.78)分明显高于普通组的(2.33±0.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后盆底肌肉锻炼的基础上为产妇采取盆底神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗,可以缓解产妇盆腔痛,预防尿失禁发生,改善阴道松弛度,促进产后盆底功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument on the recovery of pelvic floor function after delivery. Methods A total of 200 vaginal delivery patients were randomly divided into normal group and electrical stimulation group, with 100 cases in each group. Normal group received postpartum pelvic floor muscle exercise, without pelvic floor nerve and muscle stimulation intervention. The electrical stimulation group received postpartum pelvic floor muscle exercise + pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument. Comparison were made on urinary incontinence, pelvic pain relief and vaginal relaxation recovery between the two groups. Results Electrical stimulation group had obviously lower incidence of urinary incontinence as 3.00% than 20.00% in normal group, and obviously higher pelvic pain relief rate as 91.00% than 65.00% in normal group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in Oxford pelvic floor muscle strength score(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had obviously higher Oxford pelvic floor muscle strength score than that before treatment, and electrical stimulation group had obviously higher Oxford pelvic floor muscle strength score as(3.67±1.78) points than(2.33±0.78) points in normal group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of postpartum pelvic floor muscle exercise, pelvic floor neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument can relieve pelvic pain, prevent urinary incontinence, improve vaginal relaxation and promote postpartum pelvic floor function recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
