摘要
分析MBD技术应用在石油装备制造业的必要性,介绍基于MBD技术的三维模型特点以及数据集主要内容。从石油装备研制的流程入手,讨论MBD技术在设计到制造到最后交付各个环节的具体应用方法,指出MBD技术进一步推进石油装备制造业自动化数字化的关键技术以及未来发展方向。
This paper analyzes the necessity of MBD technology application in petroleum equipment manufacturing industry,introduces the characteristics of 3 d model based on MBD technology and the main contents of the data set.Based on the process of petroleum equipment developing,this paper discusses the specific application methods of the MBD technology in each step of developing process from design to manufacturing,and to final delivery of the final product.This paper also points out the key problem for MBD technology to further promote oil equipment manufacturing industry achieving digitization and automation,and the direction for development in the future.
