摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司管线钢钢板探伤合格率低的问题,采取了LF炉配制低熔点精炼渣系、优化RH喂线工艺、延长钢水镇静时间、提高中间包钢水过热度等措施后,提高了管线钢铸坯的纯净度,轧后钢板探伤合格率由75.00%提高到97.36%。
        In allusion to the problem of the low pass percent of the flaw detection for the steel plates for pipeline in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., such measures as preparing the slag system with low melting point for refining in LF, optimizing wire feeding process for RH, prolonging the holding time of molten steel and increasing overheating degree of the molten steel in tundish were taken. By taking these measures the cleanliness of continuous casting slabs for pipeline steel was improved and then the pass percent of the flaw detection for the steel plates produced by rolling these slabs was improved to 97.36% from 75.00%.
