蓝光联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果观察

摘要
目的:分析蓝光联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果及安全性。方法:240例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分成两组,对参照组120例患儿实施蓝光结合基础治疗,治疗组120例患儿在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄口服液治疗,分析两组患儿的治疗效果及安全性。结果:治疗后,治疗组患儿的血清胆红素、黄疸消退所需时间、中医症状的评分、治疗的优良率等观察指标优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率分别为10.0%、10.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蓝光联合茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸患儿疗效更好,健康恢复更快。
Objective: To analyze the effect and safety of blue light combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods: 240 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice were randomly divided into two groups. 120 cases in the control group were treated with blue light combined with basic treatment. 120 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were analyzed. Results: After treatment, the observation indexes of serum bilirubin, the time needed for jaundice to subside, the score of TCM symptoms and the excellent and good rate of treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 10.0% and 10.8%, respectively, with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Blue light combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid has better curative effect and quicker recovery in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.
