park法重睑成形术联合V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效分析

摘要
目的分析park法重睑成形术联合V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效。方法选取2016年7月～2018年3月我院单睑伴内眦赘皮患者94例,根据治疗方案分组,各47例。对照组施行park法重睑成形术+Z成形术矫正内眦赘皮,试验组施行park法重睑成形术+V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术。观察两组并发症、患者满意度,对比术后1个月、3个月、6个月瘢痕严重程度(VSS)。结果试验组出血肿胀、创面感染、眨眼受限等并发症发生率4.26%低于对照组17.02%(P <0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月试验组VSS评分较对照组低(P <0.05);试验组患者满意度97.87%较对照组80.85%高(P <0.05)。结论 park法重睑成形术联合V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术治疗单睑伴内眦赘皮,有助于降低并发症,减少瘢痕形成,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of Park method combined with V-Y internal dermaplasty in the treatment of patients with single sputum with internal ecdysis. Methods From July 2016 to March 2018, 94 patients with sputum in the hospital were enrolled in the hospital. According to the treatment plan, 47 patients were included. In the control group, Park method was performed with double stenosis and Z-plasty to correct the internal ecdysis. The experimental group was treated with Park method and stenosis + V-Y internal sacral correction. The complications and patient satisfaction were observed in the two groups. The severity of scar(VSS) was compared at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery. Results The incidence of complications such as hemorrhage, wound infection, and eyelid limitation in the experimental group was 4.26% lower than that in the control group(17.02%)(P < 0.05). The VSS scores of the test group at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery were higher than those in the control group. The group was low(P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of the test group was 97.87% higher than that of the control group(P0.8). Conclusion Park method combined with V-Y internal dermaplasty for the treatment of single sputum with internal ecdysis can help reduce complications, reduce scar formation and improve patient satisfaction.
