基于文献计量学的中药治疗冠心病的社会网络分析

摘要
目的探讨文献中中药治疗冠心病的核心学术思想和研究热点分布情况。方法通过检索全文数据库,采用BIBEXCEL软件对中药治疗冠心病文献信息进行归纳整理,生成共现矩阵;采用g CLUTO进行聚类分析;采用SPSS 24. 0软件包,运用文献计量学和数据挖掘的方法对中药治疗冠心病的研究进行社会网络分析。结果(1)中药治疗冠心病的文献呈现总体上升趋势;(2)中药治疗冠心病的作者位于前3位的分别是谢雁鸣,王阶,史大卓;(3)中药治疗冠心病前3位的"核心期刊"分别为中西医结合心血管病杂志、云南中医中药杂志和中国中药杂志;(4)目前中药治疗冠心病的研究热点有5个:(1)中药治疗稳定型心绞痛的基础理论研究;(2)中成药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效研究;(3)中药对慢性心力衰竭的干预性研究的不良反应;(4)名医经验的中药制剂治疗冠心病临床应用研究;(5)冠心病预后的中药护理研究。结论研究者今后应关注中药治疗冠心病的临床疗效评价与不良反应的预防。
Objective To explore the core academic thought and research hotspot on coronary heart disease based on bibliometrics. Methods Through the full-text database retrieval,using BIBEXCEL software,the article data of coronary heart disease with herbal medication were collected and the common matrix was generated. Using g CLUTO,the cluster analysis was performed. Suing SPSS 24. 0,bibliometrics and data mining,the social network analysis was performed on the treatment of coronary heart disease with herbal medication. Results 1. It was the underlying increase of the numbers of articles on coronary heart disease with herbal medication. 1. The first three authors were Xie Yanming,Wang Jie,Shi Dazuo.3. The first three journals were Cardiovascular Disease Journal of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. 4.There were 5 research hotspots on coronary heart disease treated with herbal medicine at present,i. e. basic theory research of stable angina pectoris,clinical effects of pattern herbal medicine on coronary artheorsclerotic heart disease,adverse reactions in the intervention research of herbal medications on chronic heart failure,clinical application of coronary heart disease treated with herbal medicine preparations by famous physicians and nurse care in prognosis of coronary heart disease with herbal medication. Conclusion The researchers should give the attention to the evaluation of clinical effects and the prevention of adverse reactions of herbal medication in treatment of coronary heart disease.
