摘要

针对靖远县枸杞产业发展中存在的新品种选育和新技术引进、品牌建设、市场监管及规划部署不到位等问题,对靖远县种植枸杞的16个乡镇枸杞生产经营现状及存在的问题进行深入调查研究,围绕服务保障枸杞产业高质量发展的新要求,提出了今后靖远县因地制宜发展枸杞产业的实施意见和规划,即:确立一个目标,推行"三品"认证,构筑五大体系,对于其它地区发展枸杞产业助推乡村振兴提供借鉴。
        In view of the problems existing in the development of Lycium barbarum industry in Jingyuan County, such as breeding of new varieties and introduction of new technology, brand building, market supervision and planning and deployment, the production and management status and existing problems of Lycium barbarum in 16 towns and villages planted in Jingyuan County were investigated and studied in depth. Based on the new requirements of service to guarantee the high-quality development of Lycium barbarum industry, the future local system of Jingyuan County was put forward. It is advisable to develop the implementation opinions and plans of wolfberry industry, that is, "to establish a goal, to carry out the‘three products' certification, and to build five systems", which can provide reference for other regions to develop wolfberry industry and promote rural revitalization.
