中西医结合治疗C6级下肢静脉性溃疡湿热瘀阻证43例临床观察

摘要

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗C6级下肢静脉性溃疡湿热瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法:选取86例下肢静脉性溃疡患者将其随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组给予基础治疗+贝复新凝胶外涂,观察组给予基础治疗+何氏夹纸膏盖敷。分别于疗程开始后第6、12、18、24天测定并比较两组创面的愈合指数;疗程结束后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组第6、12、18、24天的创面愈合指数随时间进展而递增;观察组总有效率为93.35%,高于对照组总有效率88.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在促进下肢静脉性溃疡愈合方面,中西医结合疗效比单纯西医治疗更为显著,值得推广应用。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of C6 lower extremity venous ulcer with damp-heat and stasis syndrome.Methods 86 patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment plus external application of beifuxin gel, and the observation group was given basic treatment plus Heshi Jiazhigao.The wound healing index of the two groups was measured and compared on the 6 th, 12 th, 18 th and 24 th day after the beginning of the course of treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after the end of the course of treatment. Result The wound healing index of the two groups increased with time on the 6 th, 12 th, 18 th and 24 th day, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.35%, which was higher than that of the observation group(88.37%, P< 0.05).Conclusion In promoting the healing of venous ulcers of lower extremities, the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more remarkable than that of simple western medicine, which is worthy of popularization and application.
