摘要
目的探讨p16基因表达与雌激素受体(ER)的相关性,分析其在ER阴性乳腺癌中的可能应用。方法选取常州市第一人民医院2016年5月~2018年6月手术治疗的乳腺癌石蜡标本181例为研究对象,使用免疫组织化学(SP法)分别检测乳腺癌组织中ER和p16蛋白表达,分析乳腺癌组织中p16蛋白表达与ER的关系及其与不同亚型乳腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果p16蛋白在ER阳性和ER阴性乳腺癌组织中阳性率分别为56.19%(59/105)、35.53%(27/76),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ER阴性乳腺癌中,p16蛋白表达与患者的淋巴结转移数、临床分期均相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿块大小及组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论 p16蛋白表达的缺失可能主要出现在ER阴性乳腺癌中,上调抑癌基因p16的表达有可能作为ER阴性乳腺癌一个潜在的治疗靶点,p16蛋白表达的检测也有可能成为ER阴性乳腺癌患者预后评估的一个参考指标。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between p16 gene expression and estrogen receptor(ER) and analyze its possible application in ER-negative breast cancer.Methods A total of 181 paraffin-embedded specimens of breast cancer from the First People's Hospital of Changzhou from May 2016 to June 2018 were selected. Immunohistochemistry(SP method) was used to detect ER and p16 proteins in 181 breast cancer tissues.Expression and analysis of the relationship between p16 protein expression and ER in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with clinical pathological parameters of different subtypes of breast cancer.Results The positive rates of p16 protein in ER-positive and ER-negative breast cancer tissues were 56.19%(59/105) and 35.53%(27/76), respectively,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).②In ER-negative breast cancer,p16 protein expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P <0.05), and was not associated with age, mass size and histological grade(P>0.05).Conclusion The deletion of p16 protein may be mainly found in ER-negative breast cancer. The up-regulation of p16 expression may be a potential therapeutic target for ER-negative breast cancer. The detection of p16 protein expression may also be a patient with ER-negative breast cancer. A reference indicator for prognostic assessment.
