响应面法优化新益心宁神片挥发油的提取工艺

摘要
目的研究水蒸气蒸馏法提取新益心宁神片挥发油的最佳工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,以药品粉碎粒径、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,挥发油得率为指标,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析方法,确定新益心宁神片挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件。结果新益心宁神片的最佳提取工艺条件为:粉碎粒径过80. 0目,料液比13. 88倍,提取时间3. 93 h,在此条件下得到的挥发油得率为1. 85%。结论采用响应面法优化的新益心宁神片挥发油提取工艺条件合理可靠,对挥发油的提取有一定的理论指导意义。
        Objective To study the optimum technology of extracting volatile oil from New Yixin Ningshen Tablets by steam distillation. Methods On the basis of single-factor experiment,with the investigation factors which included crushing grain size,solidliquid ratio and extraction time and the yield of volatile oil as index,Box Behnken central combination experiment and response surface analysis method were used to determine the optimum extraction conditions of volatile oil from New Yixin Ningshen Tablets. Results It was concluded that the optimum conditions for extracting volatile oil from New Yixin Ningshen Tablets were as follows: the crushing grain size was over 80. 0 mesh,the solid-liquid ratio was 13. 88 times,and the extraction time was 3. 93 h. The yield of volatile oil under these conditions was 1. 85%. Conclusion The optimized extraction conditions of volatile oil from New Yixin Ningshen Tablets by response surface methodology are reasonable and reliable,with certain theoretical guiding significance for the extraction of volatile oil.
