逍遥舒坤汤联合蒲地汤对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效观察

摘要
目的对比观察逍遥舒坤汤联合蒲地汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法将174例明确诊断为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的患者,随机分为2组,每组87例,对照组予蒲地汤直肠灌注,观察组联合逍遥舒坤汤煎汤口服,比较分析两组患者治疗后的总有效率、总治疗时长、不良反应发生率及随诊半年内复发率。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为87.36%明显高于对照组59.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总治疗时长、不良反应发生率及复发率分别为19±2.78天、2.30%、5.75%明显低于对照组29±2.04天、4.60%、10.34%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在蒲地汤直肠灌注的基础上,配合中药逍遥舒坤汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症可提高疗效,缩短治疗时间,降低短期复发率及药物副作用,临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective Compared and observation of curative effect on the Pelvic Inflammation Sequelae applied with XIAORAO KUNSHU Decoction combined with PUDI Decoction. Methods Divided the 174 patients who were diagnosed clarified as the Pelvic Inflammation Sequelae into 2 groups as random, which were the observation group and the control group and 87 patients were in each group. The control group applied with pouring the PUDI Decoction into the pelvic cavities, at the same time, the observation group applied with the XIAORAO KUNSHU Decoction combined with the PUDI Decoction orally. Compared and observation of the total effective rate, the total therapy duration, the untoward effect occurrence rate and the recurrence rate of follow-up clinic in half of a year of the patients in two groups above after treatments.Results After treatments, the total effective rate of the observation group was87.36% which was higher than it of the control group of 59.77%, therefore, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total therapy duration, the untoward effect occurrence rate and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 19±2.78、2.30%、5.75%respectively, which were lower than those of the control group with 29±2.04、4.60%、10.34% respectively, so that, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions On the basis of pouring PUDI Decoction into the pelvic cavities, it can improve the curative effect obviously to cure the Pelvic Inflammation Sequelae combined with the XIAOYAO SHUKUN Decoction, shorten the treatment duration and reduce the recurrence rate of a short period and the side effect of drug. In a conclusion, this treatment is well suited for the promotion and development in clinic.
