高龄对妊娠特有疾病的影响及影响机制的研究进展

摘要
随着国家生育政策的放开,高龄孕产妇比例增加,高龄是否为妊娠特有疾病发生的独立危险因素,其发生机制涉及哪些方面,国内尚无明确的资料。本文就国内外相关文献资料进行回顾,综合阐述了高龄对妊娠特有疾病发生率的影响,其他影响高龄孕产妇妊娠结局的因素,以及高龄对妊娠特有疾病的影响机制和预防措施。希望通过对其机制的干预可能为高龄孕妇妊娠特有疾病的预防提供新的思路和方法。
