微生物堆肥法改良黄河三角洲盐碱地作用的研究

摘要
黄河三角洲高效生态经济区开发已上升为国家战略,但广阔的盐碱地给高效生态农业发展带来了严重的挑战,盐碱地改良成为迫切需要解决的首要问题。基于循环经济发展理念,以微生物发酵玉米秸秆腐熟,配合使用小麦根际促生菌,采用堆肥法改良盐碱地,测定了土壤性质变化和小麦生长指标,研究了最佳微生物堆肥配方。大田试验结果表明:采用微生物堆肥法可以显著改善黄河三角洲盐碱土性质,改良后的土壤适合小麦种植,增加小麦产量。
        The development of high-efficiency ecological economic zone in the Yellow River Delta has risen to the national strategy,But the broad saline-alkali land has brought serious challenges to the development of high-efficiency ecological agriculture. The improvement of saline-alkali land has become the primary problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the concept of circular economy, this paper studied the optimal microbial composting formula by using microbial fermentation of corn stalks, using wheat rhizosphere-promoting bacteria, using composting method to improve saline-alkali soil, determining soil properties and wheat growth index.Field test results show that using microbial composting method can significantly improve the nature of the Yellow River Delta saline-alkali soil.The improved soil is suitable for wheat planting and increase wheat yield.
