摘要
针对船舶备件保障效益评价指标存在的多样性和影响程度不同的特点,通过对备件保障效益的分析,建立了备件保障效益综合评价指标体系,运用AHP和模糊综合评价法分别对指标体系进行了指标权重和备件保障效益评价,形成了一套基于AHP-Fuzzy的船舶备件保障效益评价模型。实例验证表明,该方法对评价船舶备件保障效益具有一定的借鉴价值。
Considering the evaluation index of support effectiveness is varied and each evaluation index has different influence degree,the effectiveness of spare parts to support is analyzed,a comprehensive evaluation index system of spare parts to support effectiveness is set up.Using the method of AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the index weight of this system and the effectiveness of spare parts to support are evaluated,and a set of Support effectiveness evaluation method based on AHP-Fuzzy of ship spare parts is formed.Test shows that this method can evaluate the ship spare parts to support effectively.
