摘要
目的:优选参膝口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以杯苋甾酮、人参皂苷Rg_1、Re、Rb_1、Rc、Rb_2、Rd、干膏率、总多糖含量为评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)、Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation法(CRITIC)、AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定权重系数,比较混合加权法和单一赋权法,并结合试验设计优化复方提取工艺参数。结果:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法较单一赋权法合理、全面,按所得权重系数进行综合评价,确定最佳工艺参数为:处方药材加10倍量水,加热回流提取3次,每次80 min。结论:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定的权重系数客观、合理,可用于复方提取工艺多指标的权重分配,优选的工艺经验证试验,合理、稳定,重复性好,可用于工业化大生产。
        Objective:To optimize the extraction process parameters of Shenxi oral liquid.Methods:The contents of cyasterone,ginsenosides Rg_1,Re,Rb_1,Rc,Rb_2,Rd,ratio of dry extraction and total polysaccharides were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes,the weighting coefficient in nine synthetic evaluation indexes was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method and mixed weighted AHP-CRITIC.Compared mixed weighting method and single weighting method,the optimal parameters of extraction process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface test. Results:Mixed weighted AHP-CRITIC was reasonable and comprehensive than the single weighting method.According to the obtained weight coefficient for comprehensive evaluation,the optimal process parameters were as follows:the prescription drugs were added 10 times water,and was heated for reflux extraction with 3 times,each time was 80 min. Conclusion:The weight coefficient determined by mixed weighting AHP-CRITIC is objective,reasonable and can be used to compound extraction technology index weight distribution,and verify the optimized process of extraction,which is reasonable,stable and reproducible,can be used for industrialized production.
