温度对东亚异蚤蝇幼虫生长发育的影响

摘要
在相对湿度75%,不同温度(21、24、27、30、33℃)条件下,对东亚异蚤蝇Megaselia spiracularisSchmitz幼虫发育历期和体长变化进行研究.结果显示:东亚异蚤蝇Ms.piracularis Schmitz幼虫发育历期随温度的升高而逐渐缩短;体长在取食期逐渐增加,直至3龄达到最大值,在离食期有所缩短;随温度的升高最大体长值变短;幼虫的体长与生长发育时间呈二次曲线关系.
        Under the conditions of relative humidity 75%and different temperature(21,24,27,30,33℃),the development period and body length of the larvae of Megaselia spiracularis Schmitz were studied.The results show that:the development period of larval of M.spiracularis Schmitz is gradually shortened with the increase of temperature;the body length increases gradually during the feeding period,and reaches the maximum at the stage of third instar larvae;the maximum body length becomes shorter as the temperature increases;regression analysis shows that the larval body length exhibits quadratic curve relationship with the development time.
