摘要
研究了含铜合金型抗菌不锈钢的铸造成型法。研究结果表明,铸造成型法可以在大气环境下一次整体成形含铜合金型抗菌不锈钢机械结构件,在大气环境下完成热处理工序,组织中析出的ε-Cu相数量多,呈尺寸较大的长棒状,且分布均匀,制品的抗菌性能和力学性能优良。研究结果不仅降低生产成本,而且拓宽抗菌不锈钢的应用领域。
A casting process for copper-bearing antibacterial stainless steel was studied. The results show that the casting process can once-form the structural components of copper antimicrobial stainless steel in atmosphere. Then the heat treatment was performed to the structural components. The ε-Cu phases precipitated in the structure show rod-like, they have a large amount and homogeneous distribution. The antibacterial and mechanical properties are excellent. Results of this research can not only reduce the production cost, but also enlarge application range of antimicrobial stainless steel.
