摘要
采用优质的原材料和废钢增碳的合成工艺,严格控制Mn、P、S及杂质元素总含量,并辅以适量Cu合金化处理,成功生产出铸态球墨铸铁QT600-7重卡桥壳铸件。采用堤坝坑处理包、冲入法球化处理、铁液预处理、多次孕育处理等,制定了高强度高伸长率QT600-7铸态球墨铸铁的熔炼工艺,在保证铸件获得高强度的同时具有高伸长率。
By using high quality raw materials, adopting the synthetic process of scrap steel carburization,strictly controlling the contents of Mn, P, S and the total content of impurity elements, and combining with the alloying treatment of Cu, the as-cast QT600-7 ductile iron axle housings for heavy trucks were successfully produced. By adopting the ladle with an embankment pit in the bottom and the flushing method for spheroidization treatment, combined with the pretreatment of molten metal and several times of inoculation treatment, the smelting process of as-cast QT600-7 ductile iron was determined, to ensure both high strength and high elongation of castings.
