精子DNA损伤及精液优选的研究进展

<正>随着"二孩"政策的全面开放,解决不孕不育问题已成为众多家庭的迫切需求。而在不孕不育中,男性不育占其中的30%～40%~([1])。男性不育症的病因及发病机制极其复杂,其治疗方案具有多样性。但随着体外受精(IVF)及卵胞质内单精子注射(ICSI)等辅助生殖技术的发展,如何获得高质量精子已成为解决男性不育问题的关键。在进行IVF或者ICSI前,常需
